What types of skin lesions do we remove ?

We also have also special technique in removing skin cysts, lumps under the skin like Lipoma ( benign fatty tumor ) or Fibroma ( a firmer benign lump under the skin ) Ingrown hair, ingrown nail, warts, calluses, yellow elevated spots under the eyes ( Xanthoma ), Seborrhoic cystic skin ( multiple white head “blebs” appearing on the temples and face ), scars from old surgery…etc.
Can we really remove skin lesions without scars ?
The principles in scar-less skillful removal of any skin lesion is simple : The skin has two layers : the superficial “Epidermis” and the deep “dermis” , any cut that goes deep into the dermis ( to its lower half ) will definitely leave a mark ( scar ), we try to remove all skin lesions without penetrating the lower half of the dermis. This is only possible by using either Laser or RadioFrequency, both are our methods of choice.
